does anyone think it would be a good idea to post all of our summaries for the readings up here for the exam?

I think that is a great idea. It seems logical that if everyone got involved we could just use the division of course material that is already in place. So everyone can just post the material from the week of their presentation.

go to sendspace.com and it allows you to upload files. after it's done uploading it'll give you a link for people to use to download the file. then you just post the link.
either that or we just all post our e-mails and do it that way.

The best way to do this would be to just post your e-mail, then compile a list and mail the notes to everyone. To split up the readings I think it reasonable that each person make notes on all the readings for the week they chose. If two people chose one week then they can split it up I guess. When you submit your e-mail to this forum could you also indicate what week you are doing the readings for and which readings. Also we can have a study session if anyone wishes. It was proposed that perhaps friday at 2 in Weldon on the second floor could suit us.
my email: mreid29@uwo.ca I did the week of the Red Violin: the longfellow article

Hey guys-- I agree that we should just post our e-mail. Mine is ldavine@uwo.ca and I'll just post the week I did for my presentation, which was the Gittings article on Secrets of Chinatown.
Who is going to compile the lis t of e-mails??

hey guys, i'll take week 5; but i dont have the course pack so i cant do the Clandfield reading, "Linking Community Renewal to National Identity". If someone wants to trade this article for one that is in either melnyk or gittings of another week , i think that would be fair. otherwise i'll just send in the gittings reading for that week.

Is it too late for me to contribute? I just realized people were actually using this -- rock on.
If no one's done Week 4 yet, I already have half of it done, so I could finish Melnyk's 10 pages by 5.
I don't know if I'll be able to make the study session though, but I'll try to drop by if I can.

Thankyou Matt. Also no one has confirmed an interest in a study session, so let's assume there isn't one.

I'm pretty sure we put out all our addresses, so it's probably easier just to email our stuff to everyone.
The addresses are: mreid29@uwo.ca; talston@uwo.ca; ldavine@uwo.ca; adinardo@uwo.ca; mmatlovi@uwo.ca; gganz@uwo.ca; kgordo2@uwo.ca
I'm almost done mine, so expect it soon!
