This isn't film-related really... but woot on the US Congress Results, and fingers crossed on the Senate
(Also, how hard is it to make a machine that records someone's response to a question with two possible answers? But that's another discussion).
Also woot on South Dakota's rejection of the extensive proposed abortion ban.
But I have a question for someone who understands the process more than I do: the states that constitutionally amended same-sex marriage away. Is there anything particularly scary about it being a constitutional thing? Cause if you can amend your constitution to preclude same-sex marriage, can't you just amend it back later to allow it? (if constitutions aren't final, are amendments?)

Hehe.
Democrats took the house 229 to 196. The senate is in a dead heat, they're waiting for final counts and then recounts on two districts that will decide senate power. They're leaning blue though.
